We choose to offer advertising possibilities with intent and integrity, as well as affordable! There are so many practitioners and businesses that go unnoticed because most advertising or marketing is not affordable. We choose to support your business and gifts with the world.
Whispers of Spirit’s online magazine format is created to spread metaphysical and spiritual information to a worldwide audience. We create a standard 8.5” by 11” PDF magazine, fully printable, published quarterly by solstice and equinox dates (March, June, September, December). It is viewable by anyone with a simple click.
As a contributor to our online magazine, you are aligning with the intent of Whispers of Spirit. This means we will mutually support each other’s businesses and lives with love. To help grow your business as well as Whispers of Spirit, we suggest that advertisers and writers help promote the online magazine (and therefore YOURSELF) to clients or customers, at expo’s and events, through websites, email lists, or other marketing materials, noting your articles or advertisements in each issue. An equal exchange of energy aligns us all with more than we can ever imagine!

The online magazine is created for high quality viewing. Using a high resolution of 300 dpi is recommended, at the appropriate size of ad you have chosen. Ads should be submitted by email to light@whispersofspirit.com. They must be in .gif or .jpg format, or as a Microsoft Publisher file. (We use Microsoft Publisher to create the magazine). We can take a PDF format, but do not guarantee the quality.
Ad Creation
If you cannot submit an ad in these formats at the exact sizes, or just don’t have software to create an ad, we can create a simple ad for you for a one-time fee of $55. To make changes after the deadline or for another issue we charge $11. We can create an ad as closely as possible to your current business card or other ads, but may not have all the same fonts, graphics, etc. We will work with you to get the ad to the best possible quality, but are not responsible for final quality.
Payment
All ads are pre-paid before the issue’s deadline (see back page of this media kit for dates), and are non-refundable if we do not receive your ad by the deadline. Your ad will not be placed if we have not received your payment by the deadline. We take payment by PayPal (online or by invoice; you do not need a PayPal account) or check. The rates are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to decline advertising submissions with no explanation.
Rates are per issue, which is quarterly in March, June, September, December. These sizes and rates are not negotiable and subject to change at any time. All ads are first-come, first-served. You can pay for your ad online with PayPal (no account needed!) by clicking on the applicable buttons below (or call us to mail a check or with cc info.) Then email us your ad. Easy!

with the top line for your Business Name of event, 2nd & 3rd lines for your description and contact information or website address.

WEBSITE ADVERTISING
Our website continues to grow and welcomes visitors from a worldwide audience. Our visitors and supporters are trusting of Whispers of Spirit’s connections.
We offer website advertising by using graphic banners placed on our website at www.whispersofspirit.com. Ads can be placed online at any time and run for 3 months on our main page, and are linked to your website.
All online ads are 120 x 240 pixel tiles and 72 dpi, JPG or GIF format only. You provide your own banner. (At right is an example.) If you need assistance creating a banner we can create one for you for $55. Contact us if you have questions.
We also provide an ongoing calendar on our website of events and classes (local or worldwide). It is a simple text listing about your event, plus a small graphic, and can be linked to your website for more information. It’s a great way to get your event noticed, and if space provides, we sometimes include them for no extra charge in our email blasts.
Ads are placed online at any time and run for 3 months.
Whispers of Spirit has a large email list that is utilized twice monthly, usually sent around the 7th and 21st of each month, to a growing list of over 1500 nationwide. We can include your business information (a short advertorial or graphic ad), event listings, informative article, or whatever you are inspired to share. It is a great way to get your information seen consistently!
The SPONSOR email option includes a sidebar graphic banner (as shown above in "website advertising), which links to your website. We can create one for you for $55.
The FEATURED email option includes a paragraph listing (up to 125 words) about your business or event, and a photo or graphic.
Both options can be utilized for just one month (2 emails) or quarterly (2 emails per month for 3 months).
